We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator. The CareerLink provides services for both jobseekers and employers - providing skills and help to those seeking work while matching qualified candidates to the area's occupational workforce.
As the Quality Assurance Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the compliant, accurate and timely entry of required program data. You will provide technical assistance to team members, and will maintain our compliance and integrity standards.
This role, located in our Suburban Station, Center City Philadelphia office, is on-site.
Day-to-Day:
* Run reports and make suggestions to enhance performance outcomes
* Review files for accuracy and compliance. Review for time and attendance compliance and all other required documentation.
* Identify deficiencies and make recommendations to improve compliance.
* Communicate with funders, monitors and auditors.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree and 3 years relevant experience preferred; appropriate experience or special training may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor's degree
* Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Word, Excel and Access).
* Prior experience in quality assurance and/or auditing preferred

The base pay for this position ranges from $43,000 to $47,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
