Company DescriptionProvide support and assistance to Quality Assurance (QA) Unit by training, mentoring, and auditing QA Team. Be subject-matter expert. Review and analyze reports to send to QA Supervisor.Job DescriptionAssist with training, mentoring and auditing of team members Subject matter expert in Quality Assurance (QA) and program processes and policyLead QA Unit workflow and technical trainingsConduct random case file/record reviews on a monthly basis using computer auditing checklist to ensure contractual performance and company standards are met and report results / analysis to SupervisorCompare business processes with data to identify inefficiencies and potential weaknesses that may cause inaccurate processingSubmit ongoing (weekly, monthly, quarterly) QA reports and submit in a timely manner to the Operations Team, Supervisor or Funder (i.e. Department of Children Families, Department of Health Services, etc.)Present consistent feedback to management regarding areas that need improvementObserve and evaluate internal control proceduresOversee and conduct Talent Development Specialist training on policies and procedures on state requirementsOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Services, or related field and minimum two to three year's work experience in related field, or a satisfactory equivalent of education and experienceKnowledge of Quality Assurance procedures and federal, state and local coalition laws and mandatesKnowledge of computers, data management processes, and knowledge of eligibility determination processes and filing proceduresExcellent internal and external customer service skillsProficient in MS Word and Excel systems, and the ability to learn specialized databases and softwareAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
