Seats Incorporated, an established WI manufacturing firm founded in 1952, is a growing, family-owned manufacturing company that has expanded its metals operations to the Chariton, Iowa area.
Seats designs, manufactures, and markets seating and accessories for operators of vehicles with wheels or tracks. Our products appear in over-the-highway semi-tractors, turf care, off-highway equipment, military vehicles, and emergency vehicles.

The schedule for this position is: Friday - Sunday (6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
Requirements and Responsibilities for this position:
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to work independently and to organize and prioritize tasks required to learn necessary processes and requirements
* Strong attention to detail
* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to read product specifications, blue prints, technical data sheets, etc.
* Ability to use, calibrate, and test functionality of basic hand and inspection tools such as calipers, pin gauges, and micrometers.
* Assist in creating and maintaining Quality records and reports including internal and external reject screens, RMAs, MECRs, ISIRs, etc.
* Willingness to attend Quality related trainings
Preferred Skills
* Experience with CMM/Romer Arm
* Working knowledge of metal materials
