Department: AdministrationJob Title: Quality Assurance DirectorReports to: Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)Starting Salary Range: $26.00-$29.00 per hourType of Position: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Position Summary:The Quality Assurance Director is responsible for overseeing the agency's compliance with quality servicedelivery across all divisions. The Quality Assurance Director ensures all divisions adhere to operationalsystems and processes that maintain regulatory standards and best practices. The Quality AssuranceDirector works collaboratively with division heads to monitor, evaluate, and improve services, contributingto the overall strategic goals of the organization.Duties and Responsibilities (not all inclusive)Identify, monitor, report, and build on operational systems and processes to ensure quality service delivery across all divisions.Actively conduct monitoring and audit reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.Collaborate with division heads and stakeholders to make informed decisions about operational activities and strategic goals.Analyze divisional monitoring summaries to identify needs for corrective action or resource investment across divisions.Develop and deliver clear, concise reports on service delivery compliance and improvements.Communicate compliance issues and findings with the Executive Directors and relevant staff members.Devise strategies to ensure cost-effective compliance with service delivery while promoting growth and process improvements.Work closely with human resources to foster a trusting, inclusive, and productive work environment.Supervise and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance, performance evaluations, and motivation to achieve maximum effectiveness.Address and resolve performance issues with quality assurance staff, ensuring continuous improvement.Actively participate in compliance reviews, audits, and related activities.Stay informed on updates to regulations, best practices, and industry trends to ensure service delivery remains compliant and effective.Stay up to date on regulations, complete periodic audits, and work with other divisions and departments as needed to ensure compliance with MODOT and Title VI.Uphold and enforce organizational policies and legislative regulations.Operate facility vehicles when required, ensuring compliance with all policies and governmental statutes.Work in conjunction with vehicle fleet staff to provide guidance and support related to any MODOT or Title VI audits or compliance issues and provide support related to Title VI plan maintenance and updates. This is a position that will remain open until filled.
