Employment Solutions is partnering with an established, successful company to hire a Quality Process Engineer to work on site in Endicott, NY. This is a direct hire full-time position with outstanding benefits!

Salary Range: $70-75K

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to evaluate and resolve technical problems.
• Perform root cause analysis for issues affecting quality, cost and delivery.
• Use your technical skills and knowledge of quality techniques for machined assemblies, inspections, supplier quality, or other related processes.
• Provide project leadership and develop processes and write procedures for the Quality systems

REQUIREMENTS

• Broad engineering knowledge of manufacturing, quality, industrial, and mechanical processes
• B.S. or Associates degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering etc.) a plus
• Quality or process engineering experience; taking initiative in a project type environment including for college projects
• Experience writing work instructions, good computer skills
