Quality Assurance Lead - Trinity Technology Solutions LLC : Job Details

Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement test plans, strategies, and test cases.

● Define testing scope, objectives, deliverables, and entry/exit criteria.

● Assign tasks and coordinate execution of manual and automated tests.

● Monitor progress, track defects, and ensure timely resolution.

● Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues.

● Document defects and resolutions accurately.

● Participate in Agile ceremonies and report QA metrics (e.g., defect density, test coverage).

● Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements:

● Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.

● Expertise in tools: Selenium, TestRail, Zephyr, JIRA, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.

● Experience with performance tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

● Programming knowledge in Python, Java, or C# for automation scripting.

● Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

● SQL proficiency for data validation.

● Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
