Quality Assurance Manager - X4 Life Sciences : Job Details

A pioneering endoscopic client we have partnered with for three years based in Worcester County are growing out the Quality team once again.

This time a QA Manager to be brought in and oversee the entire quality department and potentially bring in additional resources later in the year.

The core responsibilities are listed below but someone with a manufacturing background with work across both QA and QC would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee an effective QMS in compliance with ISO 13485.
• Oversee all QA including internal and external audits, CAPA and supplier quality management.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure product design and production processes meet quality standards.
• Lead and oversee quality control activities, including inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Drive initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce variability, and improve overall product quality
• Managing and overseeing all members of the quality team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant QA work, ideally within a management position.
