Quality Assurance Manager job responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that a Quality Management System is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.

• Reporting on the performance of the Quality management team for purposes of review and to facilitate continued improvement of the Quality System.

• Establishing and leading the quality functional strategy and quality improvement plan for the sites.

• Championing initiatives to drive quality improvements in design and in operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

• 8+ years in manufacturing quality roles, 5+ years in management.

• Exposure in establishing quality strategies and leading quality improvement plans

• Practical knowledge and experience of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP, supplier quality management and development.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
