We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee all quality assurance activities within our organization. This role ensures adherence to established processes and standards while driving improvements in operational quality and risk management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest standards of quality and security across our operations.

This role will manage a team of 2-5 associates located in our facilities in Brooklyn, NY and San Leandro, CA.

• Process and SOP Expertise: Maintain expertise in all organizational processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure comprehensive understanding and documentation of all operational workflows.
• Audits and Quality Checks: Conduct regular audits and quality checks to assess and document adherence to established protocols and processes. Analyze audit findings and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Inventory Health Monitoring: Monitor inventory health metrics and identify potential risks or deviations from set thresholds. Proactively address and resolve flagged risks to maintain inventory integrity.
• Learning & Development (L&D): Develop, implement, and manage training programs for all teams to ensure consistent understanding and application of quality standards. Assess training needs and update materials to align with evolving processes and goals.
• Rollouts and Launches: Oversee the quality and process implementation for all new rollouts and launches. Ensure seamless integration of new initiatives into existing workflows.
• Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior management to design and implement new security and quality programs. Provide insights and strategies to enhance operational excellence and risk mitigation.
• Risk Management and Security: Monitor risks across the global logistics network, conducting regular assessments to identify and address gaps. Perform comprehensive risk audits and gap analyses, ensuring alignment with organizational and industry standards. Maintain compliance with ISO and own the annual re-certification process.

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, logistics, or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of SOP development and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven experience in conducting audits and risk assessments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics & SQL is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The base range for a Quality Assurance Manager is expected to be between $80,000 and $95,000/year. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
