As a QA Test Lead in the Engineering and Supply Chain domain, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for our software and systems, ensuring they meet the required quality standards and align with the business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, project management, and business analysts, to deliver robust and reliable solutions that enhance our supply chain and engineering processes.As a key member of our team, you will hold the responsibility of providing leadership in quality assurance within our organization. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all Quality Assurance activities pertaining to the assigned vertical.The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible to deliver test estimation, test strategy, test process, test execution and test automation strategy. - Will be working in an agile environment to guide and lead the QA team effectively.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate as a team player with Agile stakeholders.
- Interact with R&D, Quality and Manufacturing Engineers/SME for defining test strategy.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for projects related to Engineering and Supply Chain systems. Define testing scope, objectives, and deliverables based on project requirements and business needs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers in various areas including test estimation, test strategy, test design, test execution, test automation, and test closure activities.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with other IT groups and key business stakeholders to assess, recommend, and implement testing procedures for products, systems, components, or modifications.
- Identify, document, and track defects. Work with development teams to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and verify fixes through re-testing.
- Collaborate closely with internal development and QA teams to ensure end-to-end quality in all deliverables.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the testing lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps frameworks, while also possessing knowledge of Quality Management techniques.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of information systems/information technology experience
- 1 year of lead experience

- Master's degree
- At least 6 years of information systems/information technology experience
- 1 year of lead experience
OR
- At least 10 years of information systems/information technology experience
- 1 year of lead experience

Desired Skills
- Experience in software testing and leading testing engagements with a focus on Engineering and Supply Chain Systems
- Testing experience leading in Engineering and Supply Chain is mandatory (For eg: Supply Chain Engineering, Manhattan, Warehouse Management etc..)
- Experience in leading multiple Testing teams and deliver quality product by implementing Testing standards and processes.
- The ideal candidate should have experience of a range of test phases, including functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and automation.
- Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, operating, testing, and monitoring CI/CD pipeline tools.
- Experience in Tricentis TOSCA and Qtest is mandatory.
- Experience with Neo Load is desirable.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team and in collaboration with different teams.
- Experience working in a globally dispersed team and multiple vendors is necessary.
- Proficiency in handling Key Performance Indicators and Metrics is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and team management skills.
- Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and with all levels of IT and business.
