SpineSearch is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a quickly growing ambulatory surgery center with locations throughout Nassau County, NY.*Requirements of the Registered Nurse:** Bachelor's Degree* New York State Registered Nurse license* Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse* Must have experience in an ASC and quality assurance* Must be able to travel between the two different offices*Benefits of the Registered Nurse:** Full time, Monday through Friday, no weekends/nights* Competitive salary, based on experience* Full suite of benefits*Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:** Take medical histories* Monitor patient's status* Administer medication/treatment* Order, perform and evaluate diagnostic tests* Work with leadership at both sites, oversee and conduct surveillance activities, incident reporting, tracking, and trending of incidents, benchmarking etc* Prepares all documents for each CQI Committee meeting. Emails all out to committee members.
