We provide facility and preventative maintenance services to aviation, government, and commercial facilities throughout the United States and the Caribbean. With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to add a Quality Assurance Safety Inspector to our dynamic team.Job Description:This is a full-time position, located at John F. Kennedy International Airport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet or exceed industry-specific standards and customer expectations. Additionally commit to uphold consistent quality throughout the company.Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspections of all aspects and identify safety concerns within the facility. From visual inspections of the facility for damages to ensuring proper documentation and data collection
  • Employ a range of inspection tools and techniques, including precision measuring instruments and visual checks
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspection results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Identify the root causes of quality issues and work collaboratively to develop preventive measures
  • Participate actively in the enhancement of quality control processes and procedures
  • Uphold and enforce safety and quality regulations and standards
Requirements
  • OSHA 30 and other safety certifications
  • Demonstrated experience in quality inspection or a related field
  • Profound knowledge of quality control principles and technical knowledge
  • Competency in the utilization of inspection tools and equipment
  • Capable of functioning autonomously or part of a team
  • Keen eye for detail to notice flaws and or deficiencies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with others Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards, regulations, and safety
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Be able to work on call and travel as necessary to meet operational demands between Newark International Airport and /or Logan International Airport
  • Must have a valid US driver's License with at least 3 years of experience- approvals and final decision is subjected to our automobile insurance carrier's criteria
Compensation/Benefits: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year - depending on experience. Medical, Vision, Dental, Life insurance, 401k Shift: To Be Determined (Morning, Midday and Evening)
