You Will Help Our Youth Thrive By: Maintaining systems for accurate service data entry and tracking for all program services. Developing and monitoring clinical and administrative processes to ensure quality of care and regulatory compliance. Monitoring and supporting the completion of chart audit processes for all programs. Supporting program preparation for all site reviews and participating actively in all reviews and audits. Determines the tools and analysis necessary to guide decision making and improve performance across all programs. Oversees implementation and maintenance of the Environment of Care and Quality Management committees. Working with Program Directors or designees to develop standards of care for program participants and provide oversight to ensure compliance with set standards. Leading and participating in the ongoing review and update of Villages Policies and Procedures. Facilitating regular quality staff meetings. Establishing and maintaining rapport and effective working relationships with clients, families, and the community; works effectively within Villages of California, school/district partners and the community at large. Maintaining knowledge of program standards and policies as developed by Villages of California, the Board of Behavioral Sciences and other governing bodies. Develop personal and professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in in-service programs. Maintaining overall confidentiality information regarding clients, families, and operations of the Agency (including media). Incorporating Villages of CA philosophy and mission in all aspects of job performance. Maintaining a professional relationship with clients, staff, and other outside stakeholders at all times. Exercising good judgment in the performance of duties and responsibilities. Attending all required staff training sessions in accordance with Villages of California and state licensing requirements, completing all training on time. Attending and participating in program and all staff meetings. Adhering to and promoting the Villages of California Mission, Vision, and Values while acting as a role model for others. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Need To Be Successful In This Role: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field preferred. Licensed LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW preferred. Experience in Quality Assurance. Proficiency in MS Office systems and ability to utilize an electronic medical record. Proficiency with state and county licensing and other governing bodies. Ability to establish and consistently enforce appropriate boundaries with patients. Understanding child/adult/adolescent development and family systems. Must maintain a valid Drivers' License, have proof of automobile insurance and maintain a safe driving record based on Villages of California policy.
