Quality Assurance Technician - Kelly Services : Job Details

#x 9; Select and test products at specified stages in the production process to determine qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical, electrical, or chemical characteristics. Conduct both destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to assess performance and lifespan. Oversee the Material Rejection Report (MRR) system to ensure proper procedures, manage out-of-specification material, and coordinate corrective actions with the operations team and customers. Maintain and calibrate all analytical devices, including lab equipment, plant balances, and offline instruments like gloss meters and resistivity gauges. Record and evaluate test data using statistical quality control procedures, generating reports to validate or indicate deviations from standards. Complete customer COA/ COC and audit data/testing as required. Administer the Factory Calibration Program for all gauges.
