Essential Functions:
  • Information Processing - Assess, communicate, and process information. Assess situations, analyze trends, and provide timely responses and resolutions for customer complaints.
  • Problem Solving - Analyze information and make effective conclusions. Analyze and interpret instructions in a variety of formats including emails, spreadsheets, websites, and written documentation. Effectively utilize the root cause and corrective action process.
  • Internal Support - Provide support in executing requirements of established systems within Curbell.
  • Record Keeping - Produce and maintain all required records and documentation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
