Skills:

• Knowledge of Integrated Eligibility (Medicaid, Snap/TANF or Child Care)
• Knowledge and experience testing the eligibility rules will be an added benefit.
• Experience with reports and integration testing.
• Experience using test management tools.
• Ability to script using automation tools such as Selenium & Cucumber
• Knowledge of manual scripting and test execution.
• Act as key point of contact for QA aspects of releases, providing test services and coordinating QA resources.
• Ensure that all testing work is carried out in accordance with test plan, including schedule and quality requirements.
• Provide feedback to System Integrator on the implications of testing outcomes.
• • Knowledge of SDLC and defect lifecycle
• Adhere to formal QA processes and daily goals as established by the QA Lead.
• Proactively follow up on questions and defects and follow to closure.
• Respond to all requests from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Preferred candidate will have experience with HHS Eligibility Systems and Policy: 7 + years
• Experienced tester with knowledge in Medicaid and SNAP/TANF benefits and skills in writing and executing test scripts: 7+ years
• Adhere to formal QA processes, ensuring that the Systems Implementation [SI] team is using industry-accepted best practices: 7+ years
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of test management software
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
