Quality Completions SpecialistPort Sulphur, LA 70083System One is seeking Quality Completions Specialists to provide administrative support on new construction projects. The Quality Completions Specialist is responsible for the setup, tracking, scoping, and documentation of the completions database. A successful Quality Completions Specialist interfaces well with the project engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and other members of the project team including the client. Specific task assignments include data entry, progress measurement, reporting, data research, communication of completion requirements and specification requirements, package building, and completions application training.Important Details:12-month contract opportunity with possibility of conversion to a permanent rolePay rate up to $50/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience.Work schedule: 13 days working and 1 day off over a span of two weeks, 10 – 12-hour shifts; subject to changePer Diem of $85/day for candidates who reside over 50 miles from the job site.Weekly payBenefits after 30 days (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, etc.)401k after 30 daysJob offer will be contingent on drug screen and background checkQualifications:Computer Competency (Microsoft Office, Excel)Completions database experience5 years industrial construction experienceUnderstanding of the turnover or completions processJob Functions:Set up and operate the completions databaseBuild Inspection forms within the completions databaseTrain and set up tablets for field inspectorsBuild turnover packagesEnter required engineering and project data into completions databaseEssential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:Demonstrated industrial construction experienceOrganization and time managementGood decision-making abilitiesAble to troubleshoot and come up with solutionsAbility to work with others / team playerGood communication skills with co-workers and subordinatesKnowledge of turnover or completionsPreferred Qualifications:Co-Console or WinPCS experienceBachelor's degree in the construction fieldWorking knowledge of QA/QC inspection processReports to Position:This position will report to the Quality Completions Supervisor but will not have any direct reports.Work Environment:Outdoor and field office environmentAll qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
