Reporting to the Director of Quality, the Quality Control Administrative Assistance will have a direct impact on quality programs and processes at Texas Hydraulics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Gather closed travelers and related documentation and scan it a keep it on electronics files
* Manage Document Control and records for Quality Management System (QMS).
* Issue / schedule Layered Process Audits (LPA), Dynamic and Dock Audits for Auditors to execute.
* Follow up on findings from LPA/Dynamic and Dock audits with corresponding owners till closure and keep PM Vitals and action tracker up to speed as well.
* Provide QMS training during New Hire Orientation (NHO) and /or as needed to meet Training Matrix expectation.
* Manage & keep QMS Training Matrix updated and posted at corresponding production floor locations.
* Prepare daily charts/data for Quality metrics and post it on corresponding Value Stream (VS)boards.
* Keep all records for the QMS/Quality department (hard copy, electronic, or both) in corresponding files for protection and and easy retrieval.
* Support Quality department as directed by Quality Management.
Required Education/Skills/Training/Experience:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); with one to three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience working with, interacting, and training personnel with special focus in manufacturing and NHO.
* Ability to stay organized even with competing priorities.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills/Training/Experience:
* Knowledge on ISO 9001:2015
* Bilingual (English / Spanish)
