Quality Control Analyst - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, a leading global nutrition company, is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join their team. As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department, providing support to the manufacturing and packaging teams from an office-based role. This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Job Title: Quality Control Analyst

Location: Ronkonkoma, NY

Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hourShift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Conduct from the quality control office pre-start-up inspection, documentation check and release to run product in manufacturing and/or packaging.
• Conduct in-process sampling and physical testing of product with required paperwork.
• Assist the supervisor on a daily basis.
• Assist in training other Associates.
• Comply with company policies and procedures and maintain regular work attendance.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing required, preferably in a quality control role in an office setting, this is NOT a quality assurance role on the manufacturing floor
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions
• Physical ability to repetitively lift, stand, climb, bend within a manufacturing environment
• Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and cGMPs guidelines
