Department Supervisor

We are a small but growing pet food processing plant seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Department Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee our quality control processes, ensuring our pet food products meet rigorous safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train quality control staff
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures specific to pet food production
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to meet quality benchmarks
• Inspect raw materials and finished pet food products for compliance with company standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control activities

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a quality control role, preferably in food processing or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards
• Leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate a small team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
