Quality Control Inspector I - Selmet : Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Measure and visually inspect castings for defects
• Inspect corrective welds, blends, and alterations to ensure parts meet dimensional requirements
• Set up castings in fixture for finishing CNC machine
• Approve in-process visual final dimensional specifications

Requirements:

• Prior experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprint specifications with training
• Basic high-school level math skills
• Able to use small, fine tools
• Good attendance and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent GED required
