Job Summary: Perform detailed visual inspection of Electronic Components and Computing PeripheralsQualifications and Responsibilities:Include but are not limited to:1. Detailed visual inspection of product packaging and labeling2. Overall detailed visual inspection of product including inspection of the topside surface, underside surface, leads and surface edges3. Determine suspect conditions that identify possible suspect, counterfeit or used product 4. Identify and sort product by part number, manufacturer, date code, lot code, serial number and country of origin5. Utilize inspection equipment including, but not limited to, microscopes, cameras and calipers6. Utilize various counting machines, weight counters, tape and reel counters and diode counters7. Use chemicals/solvents to determine if product has been physically altered8. Research and compare physical product to manufacturer data sheets9. Determine moisture sensitivity level of product10. Handle and Package components in accordance with ESD and MSL standards11. Communicate with internal and external customers12. Perform other duties as assigned by SupervisorQualifications:1. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite2. Operating various office equipment as required3. Ability to understand both written and oral English instructions4. Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds5. Must have attention to detail6. Previous inspection experience preferred7.
