Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Location: Exeter, NH

Pay Range: $26.00hr to $30.00hr

Shift:1:30pm to 10:00pm / Monday to Friday

Accurate Personnel is currently seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector for our manufacturing client in the Exeter, New Hampshire area. This role is a 2nd shift position and a direct-hire career opportunity. Please see below further details for consideration.

Position Summary:

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for performing routine mechanical inspections per technical documentation, using pre-determined methods to determine product acceptability. This position works with moderate independence within a team environment and consults with internal team members.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect and review inspection data to ensure component integrity and resolve discrepancies found during part inspection.
• Locate appropriate programs, load components into inspection equipment, run basic inspection programs, and report results.
• Identify features for inspection and correctly assign dimensional values and tolerances specified in prints to given features.
• Contribute to primary areas of inspection as trained.
• Communicate effectively with supervision verbally and in writing regarding problems and corrective actions.
• Participate in and sustain 5S standards.
• Follow all required safety and ISO procedures.
• Work in other functional areas and/or facilities as needed.
• Work overtime or alternate shifts based on business needs.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Education/Experience & Skills:

• HS Diploma
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug-screening
• Minimum of 1-2yrs of Quality Control Inspector experience
• Proficient with Micrometers, Calipers testing and measurements on tight tolerances
• Basic proficiency in blueprint reading
• Familiarity with GD&T symbology as per ASME Y14.5
• Ability to work 2nd shift from 1:30pm to 10:00pm Monday through Friday
