Job Summary: The Quality Technician will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes and products meet established quality standards. This position involves conducting inspections, tests, and audits, as well as collaborating with production teams to implement quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform tests and measurements using specialized tools and equipment to verify product specifications.
• Document and analyze inspection results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update quality control documentation, including inspection reports and process documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in using quality inspection tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers) and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
