This role is critical in maintaining the highest standards of quality for our products and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and internal protocols. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with strong interpersonal skills, a proven commitment to excellence, detail- oriented and has the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Batch Records Review (75%): Ensure all production batch records and laboratory analytical data meet compliance standards for batch release.

Raw Material Inspections (10%): Perform inspections and approve materials for use in GMP processes.

Stability Data Review (5%): Analyze and verify stability analytical data for accuracy and reliability.

Data Collection (5%): Gather analytical data for statistical analysis to support process improvements.

Documentation Support (5%): Provide backup assistance for the issuance and maintenance of quality system documentation.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a GMP-regulated industry preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software; experience with quality system documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
  • A professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy.
