About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Led to join our team. As a Quality Control Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. This is a critical role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding our reputation for excellence.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess product quality.
  • Collect and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP guidelines, and other relevant quality standards.
  • Train and supervise quality control staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Fabricate and maintain quality control documentation, including reports, procedures, and records.
  • Perform precision measurements using various instruments to verify product specifications.
  • Conduct internal quality audits to assess adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Continuously monitor production processes to identify potential quality risks and implement preventive measures.

Skills:
