Work directly with the Director of Loan Operations to achieve department productivity and goalsManage and provide guidance, leadership and coaching to staff within the departmentAssign and direct daily work flow within the departmentInterview applicants and evaluate staff performance to recommend personnel actions such as hiring, retention, promotion, transfer or terminationMake decisions on routine and non-routine issues and challenges regarding volume fluctuations, staffing issues and unexpected processing or systems delaysDevelop, document and implement procedures and controls to ensure compliance of local, state and federal regulations and laws, bank policies and procedures within the departmentProvide budget recommendationsPrepare monthly reportsManage commercial, consumer, real estate documentation review and booking processEnsure that exception items are tracked and cleared in a timely mannerOther duties as assignedPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of timeConstantly operate a computer and other office machineryAbility to lift up to 25 poundsFCBI is an equal opportunity employer.
