Description We are seeking an experienced dual hat Quality Control Manager & Site Safety Officer to join our SES Civil and Environmental team, a subsidiary of BBCH. The primary responsibilities of this position are to coordinate, plan, and supervise subcontractors and/or craft activities to ensure adherence to plans and specifications; enforce site safety, and provide contractor quality control. Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills. This position is based in Folsom, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities • Coordinate and review submittals for the renovation project at MCRC in Folsom, PA • Update the submittal register regularly • Conduct inspections on materials and workmanship • Manage and input data into the Army Corp RMS system • Hold safety meetings and develop AHAs • Review material and safety submittals to ensure compliance • Supervise special inspections and verify qualifications • Maintain logs for rework and deficiencies • Conduct 3 phases of inspection throughout the project • Organize preparatory meetings with the project team Qualifications • Must have USACE Quality Control Management certification • Completion of EM385 1-1 40hr training is required • Possess OSHA 30hr certification • Minimum of 10 years of construction experience • Experience in managing Government projects is a must • Proficiency in RMS and skilled in Word, Excel, and PDF • Familiarity with Procore is essential • Knowledge of P6 or Microsoft Projects scheduling tools • Strong safety background with certifications in Fall Protection, confined space, etc. • Ability to pass a background check • Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and provide acceptable references and background check results.
