QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN - FuteGlobal : Job Details

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our production team. The successful candidate will conduct quality inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with our stringent quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Inspections: Perform routine and random checks for defects and ensure products meet specifications.

- Data Recording:** Document inspection results and report any quality issues to the QC Supervisor.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards and apply relevant food safety regulations.

- Problem Identification: Identify quality deviations promptly and escalate significant issues.

-Equipment Maintenance: Assist in calibrating and maintaining quality testing equipment.

- Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to enhance product quality and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

- Experience: Prior experience in quality control or production within the food industry.

- Skills: Strong observational and analytical skills, with basic computer proficiency.

- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.
