Quality Control TechnicianThe Quality Control Technician is responsible for monitoring and enforcing controls related to their food manufacturing process. This role will have a strong focus on hygiene and sanitationResponsibilities:- Follow up on product quality by conducting inspection rounds- Ensure that employees adhere to manufacturing, hygiene, and sanitation standards (GMPs) in all departments- Calibrating, measurement, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment- Review, monitor, and enforced SQF and Food Safety programsJob RequirementsRequirements:- Previous Food Manufacturing experience- Must understand and enforce GMPs and Food Safety- Proficient is MS Offices (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
