Job Summary:All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.We are seeking a Quality Control Technician with PCI or ACI Level 2 Certification to ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency, and safety in our precast concrete manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities:Perform inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.Ensure compliance with PCI, ACI, and industry standards.Conduct visual inspections and use precision testing equipment.Maintain detailed records and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.Assist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and participate in audits.Provide training on quality standards to team members.Qualifications:PCI or ACI Level 2 Certification required.Previous experience in quality control or testing in precast concrete or construction.Proficient with testing equipment and ability to read technical drawings.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
