**AVP, Quality Control Unit**
Are you ready to take the lead in risk management and quality control within the dynamic banking sector? Join our team as the **AVP of the Quality Control Unit** , where you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and monitoring key risks while shaping strategic initiatives.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Collaborate with leadership to manage daily operations of the Quality Control Unit.
+ Assess and monitor risks across liquidity, market, operational, compliance, and more.
+ Prepare and analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and escalate critical issues.
+ Conduct risk assessments for new product initiatives and ensure compliance with policies.
+ Drive process improvements and enhance internal controls.
+ Support investigations in legal and compliance cases, partnering with relevant teams.
**What We're Looking For:**
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; Master's preferred.
+ **Experience:** 4+ years in banking or finance, with expertise in credit portfolio management.
+ **Skills:** Exceptional analytical abilities, financial modeling proficiency, and a deep understanding of commercial loan products.
+ **Languages:** Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
