Description Summary:The Quality Data Analyst II role is responsible for analyzing and reporting on key clinical performance measures by identifying and accessing relevant data sources, aggregating and manipulating data as needed, and submitting information to CMS and other agencies as requested. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: Associate's Degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

License/Certifications: N/A

Experience: Associate's Degree with five years of relevant healthcare experience or Bachelor's degree with three years of experience required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Quality Data Analyst I role.
