Your Job Phillips-Medisize, a Molex company is seeking a Quality Data Analyst. This position will have regular on-site activity and travel to our Wisconsin manufacturing facilities (Menomonie, New Richmond, Hudson, Eau Claire & Phillips). This position will drive process improvement, data, and quality projects divisionally and support execution across sites. The role also helps identify best practices & methodologies with a focus on divisional quality and data priorities and accountability. We are seeking a candidate that is local to our Wisconsin facilities and not able to relocate individuals at this time. Our Team You will work with a diverse team of Quality and Regulatory professionals to deliver multi-disciplinary solutioning across the organization. What You Will Do * Utilize data / data analysis tools such as SAP, Excel & Power BI to derive insights and develop sound solutions for quality improvements * Track KPIs against targets, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders to highlight areas for improvement * Establish strong working relationships with the manufacturing sites and shared/centralized functions to escalate and lead/support resolution of quality issues * Lead efforts with cross-functional partners to execute action plan(s) and implement continuous improvement projects * Assess site level compliance for a wide range of QMS processes, standards and regulations by reviewing procedures, investigating non-conformances and quality issues, and conducting internal audits to identify underlying problems, and propose corrective actions* Provide training on quality standards, QMS processes, and KPIs to promote a quality-focused culture Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Experience analyzing data using Excel and leveraging Power BI * Experience with data analytics and visualization techniques to derive insights and develop solutions * Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Engineering Discipline OR minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in analytics or implementing continuous improvement projects. * Strong communication and presentation skills * Legally Authorized to work in the United States What Will Put You Ahead * Knowledge and working experience with compliance relating to Quality Management Systems and/or global medical device regulations and standards * Experience in extracting and managing data from SAP and data lakes * Experience with internal audits * Experience with SAP for data analysis and reporting * Proficiency with SQL, Python, R This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship. For this role, we anticipate paying $75,000 - $90,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
