Quality Director - ENVIRO SYSTEMS : Job Details

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; others may be assigned: Guarantee that products are safe and airworthy. Ensure that only qualified products are permitted to ship to customers. Direct and mentor the Quality Managers at each site. Introduce synergies between sites by creating standard procedures and enhancing collaboration. Implement efficient processes to ensure compliance with customer requirements and FAA regulations. Provide oversight for customer audits, regulatory agency audits, AS9100 audits and other 3rd party audits. Introduce and manage impactful quality performance metrics. Develop quality improvement processes. Establish and monitor external and internal audits within the sites. Perform analysis of the maturity of the QMS(s), identify potential risk and drive improvement plans. Build and maintain good relationships with customers and regulatory agencies through Quality compliance. Drive Continuous Improvement by facilitating actions to improve FPY, reduce scrap/rework and reduce warranty returns. MRB process ownership to include timely disposition and driving corrective actions Maintain daily inspection throughput to support shipping goals Drive process audits to reduce the quality rejections at inspection PI34fd00f641fc-25448-#######5
