Position Summary: As a Quality Document Control Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating and processing change request packets and controlled documents. This position requires active participation in cross-functional teams and ownership of project documentation, including editing and revising technical documents.Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and review change requests for completeness and accuracy.
- Manage daily operations of change requests with minimal supervision.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and maintaining databases.
- Utilize software applications (e.g., MasterControl, Trackwise, Teamcenter) for assigned tasks.
- Report changes to both internal and customer management teams.
- Participate in developing solutions for Quality System issues and non-compliance.
- Maintain compliance with procedures and regulations.
- Attend meetings and assist in departmental policies and procedures.
