Position: Quality Document Control Specialist Shift: 1st ShiftHours: 8am-5pm Pay: $25.00/hrLocation: Mannford Are you looking to take the next step in your career? Must-Haves:
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced English language proficiency in reading, writing, understanding, and communication.
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Position Summary: As a Quality Document Control Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating and processing change request packets and controlled documents. This position requires active participation in cross-functional teams and ownership of project documentation, including editing and revising technical documents.Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and review change requests for completeness and accuracy.
  • Manage daily operations of change requests with minimal supervision.
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and maintaining databases.
  • Utilize software applications (e.g., MasterControl, Trackwise, Teamcenter) for assigned tasks.
  • Report changes to both internal and customer management teams.
  • Participate in developing solutions for Quality System issues and non-compliance.
  • Maintain compliance with procedures and regulations.
  • Attend meetings and assist in departmental policies and procedures.
