This is more than just a role - it's an incredible opportunityto grow, develop, and lead in an environment that values continuousimprovement.What's Great About This Role:As a key player in our Quality team, you'll work closely with the QualityManager to develop and implement strategic plans that improve plant Safety, Quality, and Efficiency. You'll contribute directly to improvingprocesses and ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards.You'll have the opportunity to lead impactful projects, workingacross various areas of quality and collaborating with teams to solve complexproblems. From root cause analysis to corrective actions, you'llplay an active role in shaping the future of our operations while gaining valuableexperience in the entire quality process.What You'll Do:
  • Analyze and respond to customer complaints with corrective and preventive actions.
  • Apply quality tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, Process Mapping) to solve issues.
  • Lead teams in problem identification and root cause analysis.
  • Drive continual improvement activities like Kaizen and Lean methodologies.
  • Work with supplier development and supplier quality.
  • Facilitate quality audits, inspections, and part qualification.
  • Analyze quality metrics and report findings to improve performance.
  • Implement projects focused on Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Cost Improvements.
Tools & Skills You'll Use:
  • Quality System Auditing
  • Root Cause Corrective Action
  • Six Sigma principles and Statistical Process Control
  • FMEA, PPAP, Control Plans, and Capability Studies
  • Supplier Quality and Validation
  • Process troubleshooting and 5S/Kaizen improvements
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of Quality System Auditing, Six Sigma principles, and FMEA.
  • Manufacturing experience (1 year preferred).
  • ISO or IATF certification (preferred).
  • ASQ or Black Belt certification (preferred).
