Major Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and implement sampling procedures and develop forms for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
- Establish programs to evaluate the precision and accuracy of production, testing, and analytical equipment.
- Create training materials and conduct sessions on quality control activities.
- Specialize in quality control engineering areas such as:
- Design, incoming material, process control, product evaluation, product reliability, inventory control, metrology, automated testing, software, R&D, and administrative applications.
Role Focus
- Update and maintain quality process documents for assembly and machining operations.
- Familiarity with IATF standards, AIAG core tools, and principles of engine operation is desired but not required.
