Quality Engineer - CDP Solutions : Job Details

CDP Solutions works throughout the United States with a wide variety of manufacturing companies.We are currently seeking a full-time Quality Engineer for a long-term client located in the Berks County/Reading, PA market.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the facility Quality program
• Manage the quality department's KPI & report weekly & monthly to the executive leadership team
• Oversee the calibration of all measurement tools
• Provide coaching and training to operators and shop floor employees
• Manage the corrective action and nonconformance processes
• Review and implement quality and inspection systems and processes
• Interact with customers from time to time
• Oversee daily quality control activities within the manufacturing plant.
• Work with the engineering department when new products are introduced to the plant floor
