Your Mission

  • Solve Problems at the Core: Conduct root cause analysis, lead corrective actions, and implement lasting solutions for product and process failures.
  • Audit for Excellence: Participate in internal and external audits to maintain and elevate quality standards.
  • Drive Compliance: Ensure adherence to government regulations and requirements, supporting critical government-related projects.

What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or a related engineering field (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing preferred).
  • At least 3 years of cross-functional experience in Quality Assurance and Operations within a high-precision manufacturing environment.
  • Mastery of blueprints and engineering specifications, with the ability to interpret assembly and component drawings.
  • Experience with process control tools like Process Capability and DOE, combined with sharp analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project Management.

Why Join Us?

This is more than a role—it's your chance to lead the charge in ensuring the highest quality products for our customers. You'll collaborate with a skilled, innovative team in a high-precision manufacturing environment, driving meaningful improvements and contributing to the company's success.
