As the Quality Engineer, you will develop and lead proactive quality programs through analyzing customer requirements and developing quality control processes that meet or exceed quality standards. This role will lead quality engineering efforts for NPI programs through production and will also be assigned proactive quality initiatives within the department to meet customer and company demands What You Will Do: Lead the planning and execution of quality initiatives for New Product Introduction (NPI)Develop, implement, and monitor robust quality processes to ensure final products meet all required quality standards. Drive continuous improvement in facility compliance with CQMS by evaluating quality requirements and developing effective processes and tools.
