  • Implement statistical analysis and quality control methodologies to maintain product quality.
  • Quality Systems work within ISO 9001, AS9100, AS13100
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and prevent quality issues in precision manufacturing.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality.
  • Train and educate personnel on quality standards and procedures.
  • Continuously assess and improve quality management systems and processes.

  • Required: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong background in engineering with a focus on mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control methods.
  • Experience in precision manufacturing and knowledge of mechanical systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • A commitment to upholding and improving product quality standards.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills to identify and address quality issues.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Certification in quality management or related field (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.
