Description
MCHC seeks a Quality Improvement Program Manager to develop and execute strategies enhancing our quality performance. This key role will oversee projects and initiatives for our Quality Improvement Program, acting as a subject matter expert. In this collaborative position, you will work with internal teams, external vendors, and healthcare providers to meet our goals. You'll manage a team of care coordinators who handle outreach for Partnership and other patients.
Your role involves analyzing data from NCQA HEDIS & Medi-Cal MCAS measures to identify opportunities for performance improvement, with a primary focus on Partnership Medi-Cal quality measures and incentives. You will also support outreach programs for other payors. This role requires interpreting complex regulatory documents, leading meetings, and developing the Quality Improvement Transformation Program for MCHC.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience
* Minimum three years of experience with quality improvement in health related setting, including performing root cause analysis, Plan Do Study Act methodology and monitoring/analyzing improvement, program development
* Knowledge of Medicaid principles and practices with emphasis in quality improvement
* Proven ability to design and execute strategic plans for continuous improvement initiatives
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to comply with all SCFHP policies and procedures
* Ability to perform the job safely with respect to others, to property, and to individual safety
Salary Description
$80,000 to $102,800 per year, DOE
