Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Food Quality Inspector to ensure our products meet regulatory and company standards for quality and safety. This role plays a critical part in maintaining our commitment to excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

salary: $18 - $21 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 4 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of meat products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines.

• Perform temperature checks, microbiological testing, and visual inspections.

• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.

• Identify and report any non-conformities or issues in the production process.

• Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues and provide training on quality standards.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
