Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples.
  • Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials, products, installations, or work for conformance to specifications.
  • Using precision measurement tools to inspect parts and products to ensure they meet specified standards.
  • Performing first article inspections to identify any potential issues or discrepancies before the production process begins.
  • Interpreting and implementing quality assurance standards and procedures.
  • Documenting inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
  • Collaborating with production staff to develop and implement quality control protocols and provide feedback on findings.
  • Ensuring that corrective action is taken if any issues or problems are identified during the inspection process.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to enhance quality control efforts.
  • Participating in the development of product specifications to ensure they meet customer and industry requirements.

    • Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality inspection role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven proficiency in inspection techniques, precision measurement, and technical understanding.
  • Strong experience with first article inspection.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
