Quality Inspector - NESCO Resource : Job Details

Job title: Quality InspectorLocation: Fremont, OHShift: 2nd (3 pm to midnight)Salary: $22.20 an hourJob duties:

• Performs electrical tests and quality checks on product
• Performs quality audits and first-piece inspections of manufacturing processes
• Performs tear down analysis and reports accountability
• Maintains flexibility to meet variable work hours for training, process evaluation and troubleshooting
• Data entry using excel/word to produce numerous quality reports
• Evaluates and reports accountability
• Performs incoming inspection on oxide shipments
• Understanding and following policies, procedures and instructions
• Identifying and reporting product, process and quality system non-conformities to appropriate personnel
• Controlling nonconforming products
• Supporting implementation of corrective/preventive and improvement actions
• Understanding of all gage calibration activities and preforming calibration on gages
• Generates daily reports

Requirements:

• Computer, data entry, basic math (addition, subtraction)
• High school graduate or 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Safety Training
• Quality or technical experience (preferred)
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication
• Analytical skills
• Math and science background
• Understanding of statistical process controls
