Quality Inspector - Aerotek : Job Details

Job Title: Quality InspectorJob DescriptionSummary of Job Duties: Quality Control General Inspector position is responsible for sorting finished product and raw material retention samples that have exceeded their required retention period into waste bins corresponding with specific disposal pathways.Specific Job Duties:Work in small teams to sort archived product and raw material samples into appropriate bins for disposal.Use handheld scanners and/or a laptop computer to look up item codes and their assigned disposal pathways.Use Microsoft Office to document sorted items.Work safely in a warehouse environment.Participate as a fully engaged member of a self-directed work team to achieve department goals.Other support duties as needed, including document routing and performing various administrative and investigative tasks.Perform all other tasks as assigned by Upper management.Understanding of industrial safety guidelines, federal standards, and following SOPs.
