Your responsibilities will include performing meticulous receiving and in-process inspections of NEco products, tooling, and processes to confirm that they meet established specifications. Proficiency in performing receiving, first article, in-process, and final inspections is essential, alongside the ability to utilize defined sampling procedures such as MIL-STD-105 and ANSI/ANSQ Z1.4. You'll be responsible for setting up inspection equipment and creating dimensional layouts to gather data efficiently. Strong documentation skills are crucial for recording inspection data, completing assembly documentation, and developing non-conformance reports. Familiarity with tools like tension testers, voltage testers, microscopes, and a variety of measuring instruments-such as micrometers and calipers-is imperative.A high school diploma is required, while a two-year technical degree can enhance your candidacy.
