Your contributions will help us continue our journey towards Winning as One: One company. One team. One purpose. One plan. One culture.What a typical day looks like:

• Inspects populated PCBs to work instruction and IPC criteria.
• Disposition Nonconformance of product.
• Verifies outgoing product meets Spartronics and customer standards
• Communicates inspection results to the production line and management

RequirementsThe experience we're looking for to add to the team:Education

• High School diploma or GED (Required)
• Prefer a candidate to have a general understanding of ISO and AS9100 requirements
• Prefer a minimum of 2 years' experience performing inspection of electronic components and solder joints, bonding, conformal coating, and wiring on circuit card assemblies (CCA's).
• Associate degree, or vocational/Technical degree in technical or engineering field (preferred)
• J-Std and IPC-600 or IPC-610 certifications within 90 days of employment

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Advanced level of attention to detail
• Basic level computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication

• Knowledge of quality inspection standards (preferred)
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance
