- At least 2 years of plant experience.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures.
- Basic math and computer skills, particularly in data entry.

Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll perform essential tasks that ensure our products meet and exceed quality standards. These include:Primary Duties
- Cutting, identifying, and preparing production samples for testing, including:
- Coat weights
- Adhesion testing
- Release evaluations
- Extractables and moisture analysis
- Lay-flat testing
- Physical property testing (basis weight, caliper, tensile, tear, gloss, polybond, etc.)
Inspecting samples for defects and ensuring materials meet specifications, promptly notifying the team of any issues. Entering data into multiple computer systems, including PRISM, QDMS, shop floor applications, and Excel spreadsheets. Organizing and storing customer retain samples and internal samples. Filing production samples and maintaining accurate documentation. Keeping the quality lab clean and organized at the end of each shift.Secondary Duties - Assisting in the orientation and training of new lab technicians.
- Supporting quality and production teams by tagging and removing nonconforming materials.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team.
